    GK12 2004 Final Meeting

This is the final meeting for both the year and for the 5-year grant. The current fellow-teacher teams will be presenting their work and the evaluation team will be asking everyone to refelect on their experiences in the program. Since the GK12 project's funding has been renewed, the incoming GK12 Project leaders (and maybe even participants) will be there to share upcoming plans as well as to use the time to start forming teams for next year.
