GK-12 Evaluation Team Meeting: November 12, 5:30PM/6:00 PM |
|
Room 4031, Beckman Institute.
Conference call numbers: local: 244-7532, toll free: 877-607-8979
Members of the Evaluation Team will meet at 5:30 p.m. and teachers and fellows
are invited to join us at 6 p.m. We have reserved a line for teleconferencing, and welcome those who can not attend in person to call in via the numbers below. Teachers and fellows are invited to view this meeting as an informal forum to share about the beginning of the new year or to ask any questions you may have.
We ask that if you have a few minutes between then and now to please look
over a collaborative communication tool the GK-12 Team is thinking of using,
TappedIn. It would allow us to chat, meet, and work synchronously in an
online environment. We are fortunate to have the developer of TappedIn,
Mark Schlager, joining us for our meeting November 12, and we suggest we all
log in before the meeting to establish our own accounts.
Go to www.tappedin.org/beta, create
your login, and then Mark will guide us through TappedIn's features.
Agenda:
- NSF annual meeting report from Del
- Update on data gathered thus far
- Mark calls in from TappedIn
- Teachers/Fellows call-ins/comments
- TappedIN (www.tappedin.org)
- Upcoming events: SC2002, SITE
- Set next meeting agenda and clarify next meeting date
